Return Process

  Upload clear photos of the product and packaging if the item arrived damaged or incorrect for our quality assurance team to review.

  Package Pickup

  Once approved, securely pack the items in their original grooming kit boxes and our courier partner will arrive for a doorstep pickup within 48 hours.

  Refund Processing

  After the product reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
